IMG_0089We stood atop nearly 10,240 feet of mountain gazing in wonderment at the spectacular view below us as we strained to catch our breath after hiking up to the the most holiest and sacred site of Bhutan-Tiger’s Nest.
Perched on the edge of a cliff(10,240 ft over part valley), is the Tiger’s Nest. It requires a precarious walk across jagged rock steps for access and takes about 5-6  hours to complete the trek( to and fro to the monastery). The view from the Tiger’s Nest and Tiger’s Nest itself is spectacular, you have to hike up to believe it.One of the most difficult climbs of my life but a must do!
